About Drago's Kitchen
Our Philosophy
It is my goal to use my 20 plus years of progressive culinary experience to create an innovative
and fresh dining experience for my guests and community. I believe that some of our fondest memories
are created around food and I hope that you will allow me to create new memories with you. I pride
myself in scratch cooking and using only the best ingredients that I know and trust.
It is my goal to create a “home” full of integrity for my team, and hope that they will share some
of my passion and drive with you as they meet your every need.
I became a chef because I have always been at my best and in my element in the kitchen. I invite
you to step foot into Drago’s Kitchen and allow me to share my passion with you and please don’t be a
stranger. Pop your head in and say hi, I’m never too busy for a friendly smile!
